Mau: Hi, my name is Mau. I started my career in the BPO industry as an agent in 2002. I moved from operations to training before I found my passion in human resources. My experience in HR is backed up by over a decade of human capital work, specializing in employee relations, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement. These are all critical areas that we needed to focus on to ensure that our team members are happy, which then translates to higher productivity. We believe that an engaged workforce provides high quality of work, which in the end, points to improved customer experience and happy customers.
Cassy: Hi, I'm Cassy. I'm the director for process excellence at Helpware. Within the process excellence team, I oversee our company's operational support groups, namely quality and continuous improvement, training delivery, and learning and development.
